About

“I truly believe each individual has something special to offer to the world;
it is my personal mission to help you break through your limits to realise your potential

because collectively, we can do so much more.”

– Patricia Cai

Is it important to be happy at work? Are there benefits to businesses and employees to have a happy workforce?

The answers are an unequivocally - Yes!

Time and again, studies have shown that a happy workforce brings about positive effects for employees:

  1. Better health and well-being

  2. More creative and effective problem solving

  3. Faster career advancement

  4. More focus, relaxation, and productivity

And businesses stand to gain from more productivity and innovation.

This is why Patricia has chosen a path in coaching – to help individuals break through their limits and fulfil their innate potentials – because she believes collectively, we can do so much more.

From consultancy and project management to change management and setting up of Project Management Offices, Patricia has developed a deep understanding of leadership over her 15 years in the marketing consultancy industry. She takes pride in meeting ambitious goals and thrives on innovation and continuous improvement.

In 2023, Patricia decided to become a coach to help business leaders and professionals improve their effectiveness, branding, and personal impact.

As an Executive Coach, she is focused on Purpose and Performance. She helps clients live authentically and do work that is meaningful and impactful to them. Her approach to coaching and personal development is largely inspired by the principle of clarity and perspective. You will find conversations with Patricia consistently guided by honest questions around your “why” and “what if”.

Patricia's belief is that every individual is a leader in his/her own right, and leadership development starts young. This is why she extends coaching to undergraduates in her free time, filling the mentor role to undergraduates at Wedu Global (non-profit organisation for developing women leaders) and NUS (National University of Singapore).

When she is not keeping busy with work and her two young children, you can find Patricia reading, baking and engaging in the performance arts.

Getting Personal with Patricia

If you are curious to the backstory of what has made Patricia, Patricia – read on…

Where it started

The vivacious social butterfly.

Patricia has always been a big fan of people and learning what motivates them. Since being a young child, she has had a natural talent at striking conversations with people from all walks of life. In University, when she stumbled upon the field of Sociology, it felt like the god-sent answer to what she was looking for in deciding her career – one in market research – which would bring her close to people, and act as a representative of their voice to business decision-makers.

A new strength is uncovered

The real world calls for people who are good at converting ideas on paper into reality.

As part of her very initial training at her first job, Patricia learnt the importance of completing projects well and eventually got brilliant at process management, even using the same skills to later on overcome several obstacles in her career. As part of her natural progression, Patricia eventually rose the ranks of Project Management into taking the Operations leader role, taking care of the strategic aspects for the business.

Marrying the warmth of human connection & the pragmatism of business

To serve the people or to serve the business – that is the question.

Over time, the idea of adding value and impact to people’s lives became so compelling that Patricia decided to start her own coaching practice – where she can dedicate herself to help people reach into their potential and achieve breakthroughs in the areas of their careers and business.

“Businesses don’t always make People better, but People can always make Businesses better.”
